The case of the CEO ordering someone to influence employees at a coffee shop in Hanoi is still the focus of public attention. In the latest development, on the evening of September 19, "CEO" T. posted a series of public statuses related to the incident.
In a status posted at 6:41 p.m., T. affirmed that the incident was "a small matter at a coffee shop, from a misunderstanding, that turned into a terrible storm." With pressure from public opinion, this person said he could not bear it anymore.
Then T. apologized to his parents, the affected employees, his friends, colleagues, brothers and asked for everyone's forgiveness.
Less than an hour later - at 7:36 p.m., T. posted another status apologizing to everyone, admitting that he realized his mistake and used unstable words with negative thoughts.
Previously, on the afternoon of September 19, according to a source in the Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper, T.'s family said that this young man had strange actions. This happened after T. went to apologize to the victim's family but was not accepted.
Specifically, the person who answered the phone introduced himself as T.'s uncle. After being rejected by the victim's family and under great pressure from public opinion, T.'s mental state became unstable. On the way home, T. stopped at his uncle's house to rest: "T. is sitting and writing something in his notebook right now. I'm really worried..."
Previously, on the morning of September 19, T. and a relative went to a coffee shop in Times City Urban Area to apologize to the victim's family.
There, T. met the owner of the restaurant, who was also the victim's mother, to apologize. However, the owner refused T.'s apology because it was too late. The owner also said that he would let the authorities handle the matter and asked him to leave the restaurant.
"It's too late! I'm sorry, it's too late now. I only have 24 hours. I can direct someone to beat your child. I'm smart enough. Please go out, I won't see you" - the owner of the restaurant and also the victim's mother said to T.
After the moments at the coffee shop were widely shared on social media, netizens left many comments paying attention to the shop owner. Most of the comments were surprised by the demeanor of the victimâs mother, many even affirmed that the way she dressed and talked was definitely a rich woman.
"This 'CEO' has met a real rich woman", "The mother handled the situation correctly", "The mother is decisive! Her demeanor is top notch", "I like the way this mother speaks. Gentle but clear and decisive", "The mother answered decisively. So cool", "She's met the young master's mother", "Does anyone think the restaurant owner is classy? She has charisma and speaks concisely and clearly",... are some comments from netizens.
It is known that the employee's mother, who is also the owner of the coffee shop, is rumored to have a powerful family. Netizens say she wears a watch worth over 3 billion, wears branded clothes, and has a house in Riverside. Many people tease that the charter capital of the "CEO" company is not equal to the watch the coffee shop employee's mother wears.
Meanwhile, the authorities said they are still working to resolve the case. Speaking to Vietnamnet, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Van Bon - Chief of Vinh Tuy Ward Police (Hanoi) - said that the unit has invited the parties to work and take statements.
"The case is still under investigation and verification, so we cannot provide more information yet," Lieutenant Colonel Bon said.
The CEO is suspected of ordering the "influence" of the coffee shop employees to cry out in self-defense.
