In the application, Mr. Tuan gave many evidences that his stepfather participated in some livestreams and exhorted, encouraged and supported Ms. Hang's spirit; to use the dog racing and horse racing field of Dai Nam Joint Stock Company to organize the naming of racing dogs and horses with the names of those who want to offend; allowed to use Dai Nam Truong's Youtube channel to post live streams of more than 86 livestreams, many comments and more than 18,000,000 views.

Tuan shared that his mother's case had gone through more than a year with many investigation conclusions but still missed Mr. Huynh Uy Dung. Since then, Mr. Tuan asked the investigating agency to clarify and handle Mr. Dung's violations.

Huynh Uy Dung has not yet made any statement about the case.

Nguyen Phuong Hang has been prosecuted and detained since March 24, 2022. According to the indictment, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang, through her YouTube and TikTok social networking accounts, organized many live broadcasts (livestreams) over the Internet to infringe on the privacy of her privacy, and affect the reputation and honor of the company. During the investigation, defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang admitted that the information he had said about the above individuals was because he read on the Internet and dreamed, had not been verified and had no basis.

The police of Ho Chi Minh City identified 3 suspects Nhi, Ha, and Tan (Mrs. Hang's assistant) who performed the tasks of posting information on the social network Facebook about the title, time, and the link to the YouTube channel, which TikTok will broadcast. livestream; print the contents that defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang will speak, give to defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang before the livestreams; prepare and use electronic means and devices to serve livestream and broadcast livestream on the social network accounts of defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang.

These three defendants also participated in hosting the livestreams, announcing the number of viewers, reading comments on the live stream, etc.

In addition, the case file also shows that, in order to increase the credibility and reliability of her statements, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang invited Mr. Dang Anh Quan (Doctor of law, lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City Law University) to join the meeting. participate in live streams.
