Accordingly, Lan Anh often dresses luxuriously, drives expensive cars, and approaches central and provincial leaders. Thanks to the photos taken with officials, Lan Anh made many people believe that she really had a close relationship with "industry people" and then accepted "run jobs", "apply for a job transfer", "run projects". "... and appropriated nearly 10 billion dong.

In March 2016, he was arrested by Ba Dinh District Police on charges of trading in banned substances. He was released on bail due to raising a small child. Only 1 month after returning home, Dung was arrested by the Hanoi Police Department (PC47) while selling banned substances at home to 3 addicts. At this time, Dung's daughter is only 8 months old. When arrested, Dung showed no fear or worry. She calmly prepared milk diapers and then took her baby to the investigating agency because she knew for sure that the baby would "save" her.

Having just been released on bail, Dung immediately moved to Nhat Tan ward (Tay Ho district) to rent a house to continue selling banned substances. Dung's regular customers are addicts who go in and out every day, making people angry. And less than a month later, Ha Kim Dung was caught by the Tay Ho District Police while organizing a sale of banned substances at home. Everyone is fed up when an addicted mother hugs her baby while yawning.
