According to Tien Phong, at the time of the fire, inside the house there were a couple, two children and an adult who promptly ran to the rooftop and climbed over to the neighbor's house, so they were lucky to escape. Immediately after that, the fire was fierce, black smoke was billowing and was likely to spread to adjacent houses.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police of District 3 Police dispatched about 30 soldiers and many vehicles to the scene. The authorities broke down the iron door of the house, pulled out a water hose to put out the fire and at the same time prevented the fire from spreading.
About half an hour later, the fire was completely extinguished. The fire did not cause any loss of life, but many properties inside were damaged and burned; The walls of two adjacent houses were covered in black smoke.
"The ground floor of the house is a barbershop, there were 3 motorbikes inside that burned down," a resident said. The cause is being investigated and clarified by the police.
Previously, a house fire also occurred in Hanoi city, leaving 3 people trapped inside.
