1. Concentrate on observing and driving at an appropriate speed to ensure safety and comply with instructions of traffic forces on duty on the road.

2. Do not accelerate or overtake, especially at the time when it is about to rain or it is raining a little because it is easy to occur unexpected situations that cause the driver of the vehicle not to handle it in time.

3. Observe signs, stop vehicles at the right places, do not stop, avoid rain, wear raincoats ... in places where it is difficult to observe or where there are large trees, large signs, underpasses.

4. In flooded places, drivers need to pay attention when slowing down, observe carefully and watch out for other vehicles to avoid puddles without paying attention, prone to accidents.

5. When heavy rains occur, it is necessary to keep up with information about deep flood points, actively choose appropriate paths to avoid entering flooded points prone to engine stalls, causing traffic damage and traffic jams.

6. It is necessary to bring a raincoat when traveling. Choose the right raincoat, avoid too wide a raincoat that can block the wind.

7. Do not cover the steering wheel with a bat-wing raincoat or pass the light cluster to avoid strong winds that may cause the raincoat flap to fly upwards to obscure the view.
