Regarding the accident, at about 2:30 a.m. on September 30, Thanh Buoi passenger bus with license plate number 50F - 004.83 driven by Hoang Van Tinh (37 years old, residing in Thua Thien - Hue) (carrying 32 passengers) was traveling on Highway 20 (carrying 32 passengers).
