According to the initial investigation, due to frustration over the fact that Ngo Thi Loan Chi had left her residence, on the afternoon of November 10, 2023, dozens of people in the gang owned by Ms. Chi used a car to transport the coffin. , votive papers, and mobile speakers came to the owner's house on Le Van Phan street to put pressure on them to collect the debt.

Seeing that Mrs. Chi's house was closed, this group of people brought a coffin, green bananas, an obituary with a photo frame of the owner's photo and placed it in front of the house.
