Regarding his relationship with Ngoc Trinh, Dong said the defendant was a driving instructor and had a teaching contract for VND 40 million. "For training, the defendant spoke to Trinh and went to the training site to instruct Trinh. According to the council, when the seizure was carried out, Tran Xuan Dong's vehicles did not have documents, the number plates were also fake and the defendant was aware that it was a violation of the law. According to the indictment, Ngoc Trinh does not have a license to drive a class A2 motorbike but on October 6, 2023, he and Dong ran a motorcycle on the D15 stretch of High-tech Park (Tang Nhon Phu B ward, Thu Duc city) with dangerous driving movements, offensive posture, not wearing protective suits, lying down, kneeling in the saddle... record a video and post it on social media.
