Recently, the Hanoi City Police said that the Son Tay Town Police had just arrested three people for "disturbing public order". It is known that this group of subjects was driving motorbikes at high speed, using homemade weapons, constantly dragging down the road.

Specifically, information from the Hanoi City Police said: Before that, at about 9 pm on July 27, 2023, in the area of the moat of Son Tay Ancient Citadel, there were 2 young men riding on a motorbike (no control sea), moving at high speed, while carrying homemade weapons, dragging down the street causing insecurity, confusion and insecurity for people.

After receiving the information, the Son Tay town police directed the working groups that are performing the task of patrolling and controlling, organizing the arrest of the above subjects. At about 1 o'clock on July 28, 2023, the town police arrested the subjects while hiding at houses in Long Xuyen and Thuong Coc communes, Phuc Tho district.

At the police station, the subjects confessed: due to a personal conflict with a young man in Son Tay town before, Doan Duc Toan (born in 2006) invited Duong Van Tuyen (born in 2001) and Nguyen Minh Phuong, (born in 1995) brought a weapon to resolve conflicts.

Around 9 pm on July 27, 2023, Toan drove a motorbike with Tuyen, and at the same time carried a bag of homemade weapons prepared by Phuong to go to Son Tay town. Phuong drove a motorbike after arriving at the intersection of Gach town, Phuc Tho did not see Toan and Tuyen, so he turned around.

Toan and Tuyen in the process of moving on the streets around the moat of Son Tay Ancient Citadel, these two subjects used homemade weapons to drag down the road, causing insecurity and disorder. Currently, Son Tay Town Police are continuing to consolidate records and handle according to regulations.

Another similar incident happened shortly after. Specifically, on July 28, the police of Le Chan District (Hai Phong) said that they had just summoned a group of young people who had "riots" on the street - scurrying, swinging; especially many times using glass bottles to throw at passersby, causing injury.

It is known that recently, about after 10 pm, on the route Ho Sen - Cau Rao 2, (Le Chan district, Hai Phong city) appeared a group of young people riding motorcycles in the opposite direction for no reason. Throwing a glass bottle caused injury to passersby, even someone had to go to the hospital for emergency.

Immediately after receiving the incident information, the Commanding Board of the Le Chan District Police directed the Criminal Police Team to investigate and verify. The investigation process determined, at about 10 pm on July 19, a group of teenagers about 10 to 12 subjects, invited each other to ride on 5 motorbikes, with knives and many glass bottles ready. This group of young people moved from Quang Thanh commune, Thuy Nguyen district to the center of Hai Phong city.

Along the way, the group of subjects staggered, swayed and were ready to throw glass bottles to provoke and fight with other young people when they met on the road.

In the process of moving in the inner city streets, the above group of subjects used glass bottles three times in a row to throw them at groups of people walking in the opposite direction and then drove away.

Specifically, in the area in front of house number 56A Tran Nguyen Han (Tran Nguyen Han ward, Le Chan district) the subjects invited each other to throw bottles at 3 men riding a motorbike in the opposite direction but did not hit. When they arrived at the door of house number 42, 5-storey To Hieu, Hunan ward, Le Chan district, this group continued to throw bottles at 6 men riding motorbikes in the opposite direction but still failed to hit.

However, at area 152 Ho Sen, Le Chan district, the subjects continued to throw beer bottles at the group of young people going in the opposite direction, but unfortunately hit a couple, causing both injuries. accumulate.

During the investigation, the Le Chan District Police Investigation Agency summoned and struggled to clarify that the group that carried out the above behavior had about 12 subjects, summoned 7 subjects, including Pham Bao Ninh, Le Tien Hao, and Nguyen. Sy Hien, Nguyen Sy Tung Lam, Nguyen Duc Lam, Do Hung Anh and Nguyen Van Cong (both in Phu Ninh, Thuy Nguyen, Hai Phong). Notably, these subjects were all very young, only 15 to 18 years old.

Currently, the Public Security Bureau of Le Chan District is continuing to collect documents and evidence, summoning the relevant subjects in order to strictly handle in accordance with the law.
