According to Room PC07, around 9:00 a.m. on November 12, An Khanh Ward Police, Thu Duc City announced that they had received news that someone was stuck in the elevator at a multi-storey clinic on Street 34.

PC07 Department dispatched the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Thu Duc City Police (including 6 soldiers and 1 specialized vehicle) to the place to deploy forces and means to save people.
