Thinking that Ms. B insulted her family, Hoang became angry and planned to kill her ex-girlfriend. Accordingly, around 10 am on October 24, Hoang took a bus to Bac Ninh city, then took a motorbike taxi to Nguyen Gia Thieu street. Because she did not know the address of Ms. B's work, Hoang walked along the street to find her, and discovered that Ms. B was working at Vu Huyen's shop.

"At that time, around 13:30 on October 24, after knowing B's place of work, I went to eat grilled duck, then went to buy a knife, rented a motel to rest. In the afternoon, I went to eat and smoke.
