In the application, Mr. Hien said that the incident began when he gave an interview to the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) online newspaper, about Ms. Hang's inappropriate statements on social networking platforms with topic "can't give me the right to insult anyone online".

In the content of the request for prosecution, journalist Nguyen Duc Hien said that Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang had absolutely no relationship or relationship; whether in person or by phone, or any other social relationship.

Journalist Duc Hien affirmed that the main content of the interview on VOV is his personal legal opinion and judgment regarding statements in Hang's live broadcasts, which he directly previously tracked.

Those are essentially just legal judgments of a person with legal expertise, expressing a scientific opinion on behavior that takes place in life that shows signs of constituting a crime. It is known that until now, the content of this interview is still available on VOV and journalist Nguyen Duc Hien maintains the same opinion.

- Mr. Hien is an accomplice of Mr. Vo Hoang Yen, artists Hoai Linh, Thai Van Duong and reactionary organizations slandering Ms. Hang down the VOV website; Mr. Hien "steals" charity money.

- Mr. Hien received VND 20-30 billion from Mr. Tran Quy Thanh (founder and CEO of Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group), in order to find ways, at all costs, to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang. go to jail.

- Receive money from Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group to send many people to prison in the case of "the fly in the NumberOne soft drink bottle"; be a member of a reactionary organization; Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Linh (Duc Hien's wife) was fired from her job at the Bar Association in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Hien thinks that he is the person who can send anyone to prison without going to the law enforcement agency...
