In the application, Mr. Hien said that the incident began when he gave an interview to the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) online newspaper, about Ms. Hang's inappropriate statements on social networking platforms with topic "can't give me the right to insult anyone online".

In the content of the request for prosecution, journalist Nguyen Duc Hien said that Mr. and Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang had absolutely no relationship or relationship; whether in person or by phone, or any other social relationship.

Journalist Duc Hien affirmed that the main content of the interview on VOV is his personal legal opinion and judgment regarding statements in Hang's live broadcasts, which he directly previously tracked.

Those are essentially just legal judgments of a person with legal expertise, expressing a scientific opinion on behavior that takes place in life that shows signs of constituting a crime. It is known that until now, the content of this interview is still available on VOV and journalist Nguyen Duc Hien maintains the same opinion.

"I think that the content of my statement is legal, as well as my assessment of Ms. Hang's behavior is in accordance with the law, based on the perspective of research, academic exchange and regulations of the law and the press," wrote journalist Duc Hien.

However, Phuong Hang's side said that the above interview showed an attack, ascribed and forced her to go to prison. In addition, according to Mr. Hien, Phuong Hang also has the act of speaking, fabricating and spreading false information such as:

- Mr. Hien is an accomplice of Mr. Vo Hoang Yen, artists Hoai Linh, Thai Van Duong and reactionary organizations slandering Ms. Hang down the VOV website; Mr. Hien "steals" charity money.

- Mr. Hien received VND 20-30 billion from Mr. Tran Quy Thanh (founder and CEO of Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group), in order to find ways, at all costs, to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang. go to jail.

- Receive money from Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group to send many people to prison in the case of "the fly in the NumberOne soft drink bottle"; be a member of a reactionary organization; Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Linh (Duc Hien's wife) was fired from her job at the Bar Association in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Hien thinks that he is the person who can send anyone to prison without going to the law enforcement agency...

Ms. Hang only relies on personal extreme emotions to fabricate information. slanderous news, insulting me, insulting Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper as well as journalists in general without any proof.

Ms. Hang took advantage of her right to freedom of speech, through computer networks, telecommunications networks, and electronic means to spread fabricated information about me committing crimes. This is a particularly serious violation of the law because the power to spread information is terrible," said Mr. Hien.

After Phuong Hang's statements were broadcast on social networking sites, journalist Duc Hien often received cursing, threats, and mental terror, making him and his family very tired and nervous. depressed spirit, always in a state of stress, life turned upside down.

In addition, as a journalist, a member of Vietnam Journalists Association, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Ho Chi Minh City Law Newspaper; Phuong Hang's insult and slander directly affected the normal operation and reputation of the organizations of which Mr. Hien was a member.

"Therefore, with this application, I request you to consider prosecuting the case and prosecute the accused in order to investigate the behavior of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang using computer networks, telecommunications networks and electronic means to humiliate her. , slander, abuse my freedom and democracy to infringe on my legitimate rights and interests..."

And yet, journalist Duc Hien also asked to be compensated for mental loss according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 592 of the Civil Code 2015, forcing Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang to apologize and publicly rectify her contents.
