According to initial information, earlier, on the evening of July 13, Chau Thanh District Police in collaboration with the Mobile Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police suddenly raided and caught a gambling venue in the form of shaking money. fainting in Thanh Tay hamlet, Thanh Long commune, Chau Thanh district, Tay Ninh province.

At the scene, the police force caught 47 people in the act of killing each other on a silver mat. All subjects and exhibits were brought to the police headquarters to serve the investigation.

Initially, the police agency determined that the gambling venue was organized by Nguyen Van Giau (37 years old, living in Thanh Long commune, Chau Thanh district, Tay Ninh province). Rich chooses a location in the border area with no traffic, then calls gamblers in neighboring communes to come and play.

According to the testimonies of the subjects, on average, each game of shaking and losing money is from 3 to 5 million VND. To avoid detection, the subjects often change locations and hire people to guard the road. The case is still being investigated by Chau Thanh Police.

In a similar case, on July 9, the Criminal Police Department, Vinh Long Provincial Police, in collaboration with the Criminal Police Team, the Police of Long Ho District and the Police of Phuoc Hau Commune, caught a group of gamblers in the act. in the form of fighting cocks for money.

Accordingly, at about 13 o'clock on the same day, receiving information from people, the police force checked the vacant land in Phuoc Nguon A hamlet, Phuoc Hau commune, Long Ho district, and discovered that many subjects had gathered. Fighting cocks loses money, so arrests should be made.

When the police raided the scene, the subjects fled in many directions, then 13 related subjects were chased and arrested by police forces.

Exhibits temporarily seized at the scene included 01 chicken, many pairs of iron spurs, 11 mobile phones, the amount of money on the subjects was 47,200,000 VND. Through work, the subjects all admitted to participating in gambling in the form of cockfighting with money.

It is known that the above gambling place is often attended by gamblers from many places inside and outside the province, causing local insecurity and order. Currently, Long Ho district police are continuing to work with the subjects to handle according to regulations.

Continuing on the afternoon of July 14, Vinh Long Provincial Police said that the group of gamblers had been moved to the local police headquarters for further clarification.

Around 10 o'clock on the same day, the Order Police Team of the Police Department for Administrative Management and Social Order of the Vinh Long Provincial Police Department coordinated with the H.Vung Liem Police CSHS Team to inspect the land in the middle of the field, in Quang hamlet. Before that, at about 14:15 on July 13, the Order Police Team of the Police Department for the administrative management of social order of the Vinh Long Provincial Police Department coordinated with the H. Here, the police force caught 9 people (8 men, 1 woman) in the act of shaking money and losing money. The seized exhibits include 1 set of tools for shaking money and fainting, 3 dice, 9 mobile phones, 8 motorbikes and more than 10 million VND.

Currently, the two gambling cases mentioned above have been assigned by the Vinh Long Provincial Police to the H.Vung Liem Police and the H.Tra On Police to continue to clarify and handle.
