In June 2024, Da Nang City Police destroyed a network of online soccer betting organizations led by Nguyen Van Trung with a soccer betting account limit of 100,000 Yen, equivalent to 1 billion VND.

In fact, the work of fighting and handling crimes related to soccer betting shows that soccer betting is very diverse in form and scale.
