Previously, this woman went to a convenience store in District 4 but did not wear a mask, and when prompted, she did not comply. After that, Ms. N was fined 2.3 million VND by the People's Committee of Ward 13 (District 4) for her behavior of not complying with epidemic prevention measures.

After that, Mrs. N rode a motorbike without a helmet and without a mask from District 4 to District 1 to buy necessities. The functional force at the checkpoint stopped Ms. N's car and asked to present documents. According to the clip, this woman rides a white motorbike, carrying her daughter to the street. Seeing this person not wearing a helmet and not wearing a mask, the traffic police asked: Why do you go out without wearing a mask? The woman intentionally ignored the question.

When asked to check the documents, she lowered her legs, sat on the car and replied: "Do not bring papers, and stubbornly do not wear a mask and explain that you do not like wearing it because of suffocation and discomfort."
