After receiving the denunciation, the Gia Lam District Police summoned Do Thi Kim Ngan many times to work, but she was not present at the locality and did not come to work as requested. On Ngan Gom fanpage, they often sell many imported products such as home appliances, phones, iPads, bicycles, massage chairs, etc. at super cheap prices, only half or even 1/3, 1/4. compared to the market price with phone number for trading.

According to the victims, the phone number that Ngan "ceramic" made public on Facebook was always unreachable, all incoming calls were busy and there was no ring. But when searching on Zalo, there is an account named Ngan "ceramic", which can exchange and sell products. However, as of 8:30 this morning, the account on this zalo has been locked.

Recently, dozens of groups have appeared on social networks to expose and denounce the scam of Ngan "ceramic". In it, there is a group with more than 10,000 members.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu (Kien An, Hai Phong) is a victim of Ngan "ceramic" stealing money when buying online, with 1 knife, 1 refrigerator and 1 washing machine with a total bill of 16,870,000 VND. Ms. Thu transferred all the money to a bank account named "Do Thi Kim Ngan". However, after transferring the money, she texted back but did not see a reply from her Facebook account. After that, the messages and calls were blocked.

Also a victim of "ceramic" Ngan, Ms. TN (HCMC) transferred 8,100,000 to buy iPad. However, after the transfer, she discovered that she had been cheated, even though she texted many times, there was no response. Worth mentioning, her mother also fell into the scam of Ngan "ceramic".

Accordingly, on the fanpage Ngan "ceramic" posted a post to liquidate household goods to donate to the Covid-19 vaccine fund, her mother quickly placed an order including: 1 set of German pots and pans, 1 oil-free fryer, 1 set of knives, 2 sets of teacups, with a total value of up to 21,500,000.
