"This person escaped from the isolation area in Cach Mang Thang Tam to walk to his home on Vo Van Tan Street. - If a person who has not been identified with Covid-19 disease but lives in an area where a decision on isolation or blockade has been issued, but escapes from the quarantined area, the area is blocked, causing damage from 100,000,000 VND or more due to incurring costs for disease prevention and control, they will be handled for violations of regulations on safety in crowded places as prescribed in Article 295 of the Penal Code 2015.
