After the clip was posted, many people expressed their dissatisfaction with the middle-aged man's act of touching others. Ms. Phuong Chi (Nam Tu Liem district) said that regardless of the cause of the collision, the use of violenc.e to resolve conflicts not only violates the law but also creates a bad precedent in traffic behavior.

Previously, on January 23, the Hoa Vang District Police (Da Nang City) said that they had prosecuted the defendants Tran Van Minh Toan (26 years old), Nguyen Thanh Tung (26 years old) and Tran Hoang Thien (19 years old), both residing in Hoa Phuoc commune, Hoa Vang district, to investigate the crime of intentionally causing injury. These three defendants are the physical impactor of Mr. Tran Thanh, a shipper in Hoa Phuoc commune. He died after returning home.

According to the investigation agency, Ms. T.T.T. (26 years old, residing in Hoa Phuoc commune) bought goods online, Mr. Thanh was the one who delivered the goods to the house. However, because he could not meet Ms. T., Mr. Thanh delivered the goods to her relatives and sent her payment via account. After that, Mr. Thanh repeatedly contacted Ms. T. to ask for the amount but could not. On January 17, Ms. T. contacted Thanh again, but the two parties had a conflict.

According to the police, because Mr. Thanh had an improper attitude, Ms. T. reported to the company where Mr. Thanh worked. In the evening of the same day (17/1), after drinking, Mr. Thanh rode a motorbike to Ms. T.'s house. At this time, the gir.l was not at home. When Thien came home, he saw Toan and Tung quarreling with Mr. Thanh, immediately rushed in and hit the victi.m's head and torso with his hands and helmet. After being intervened, the 3 stopped.
