The shipper suffered a physical impact, broke his arms, and had a difficult situation, the person who hit was a local resident.

The case of male shipper Lam Anh Dat (24 years old, Nghia Hanh district, Quang Ngai) being physically impacted by the consignee with two broken arms is causing a stir in public opinion. Currently, Mr. Dat is being treated at C17 Military Hospital (Da Nang City).

According to Vietnamnet, on the evening of February 18, the Secretary of the Phu Binh Tay residential group (Cho Chua town, Nghia Hanh district) Nguyen Hong Luyen said that Dat had a difficult family situation.

"Previously, Lam Anh Dat worked at a company in the area with a stable salary. Father Dat worked as a farmer, mother helped bricklayer. Last year, the family borrowed money to build a house, Dat was the main laborer to pay the debt. Due to difficulties, the company cut staff, Dat quit his job.

About half a year ago, Dat worked for Economic Delivery Joint Stock Company, delivering goods in Nghia Ky, Nghia Son and Nghia Lam communes (Tu Nghia district)", Mr. Luyen said.

Mrs. Pham Thi Liem (Dat's mother) worries that the injury will leave sequelae, affecting her son's long-term health. Sharing with Tuoi Tre newspaper, Ms. Liem said: "The family wants the law to severely punish Mr. Nhat (who beat Mr. Dat)."

Previously, Mr. Dat reported to the authorities that he was physically impacted by a couple and broke his arms during delivery.

Specifically, at about 11 am on February 17, Mr. Dat visited Mr. Truong Dinh Nhat's house (village 1, Nghia Lam commune, Tu Nghia district, Quang Ngai) to deliver an order of 2 azaleas for a fee of 230,000 VND.

However, when he received the goods, Mr. Nhat was not satisfied and refused to accept the goods.

Seeing that, Mr. Dat pressed the phone to call the seller to inform the incident and gave the phone to Mr. Nhat to discuss with the seller.

"I saw that between Mr. Nhat and the shop selling 2 azaleas there was an exchange of words. About 10 minutes, the call ended. When he gave me the phone, Mr. Nhat was very angry", Mr. Dat said.

Then, with the shipper's duty, Mr. Dat said, if he didn't receive the goods, Mr. Nhat would pay the delivery fee for him to return the order to the seller. Just finished speaking, Mr. Nhat growled: Do you believe that? I beat you all the time.

Before he could say anything more, Mr. Dat suddenly fell to the physical impact of Mr. Dat, making him dizzy.

Not stopping, Mr. Nhat grabbed a cotton vase nearby to hand out Mr. Dat.

Frustrated because he was beaten up, Mr. Dat reacted to defend himself, when Mr. Nhat shouted loudly to call his wife to run to pull the gate and together physically affect the shipper.

After closing the gate, Mr. Nhat used an iron tube and his wife used two stainless steel chairs to take turns with Mr. Dat.

Before the hooligan attitude of Mr. Nhat and his wife, Mr. Dat just used his hand to support, cover his face and head while trying to run away.

After escaping from Mr. Nhat's house, Mr. Dat tried to hide in a nearby house. However, outside, Mr. Nhat and his wife carried "hot goods" to track down Dat.

Fearing that his life was not safe, Mr. Dat took a detour to Nghia Lam Commune Police to report the incident with swollen hands and face.

At about 2pm on February 17, Mr. Dat was then taken to Quang Ngai General Hospital for emergency treatment in a state of multiple injuries.

After taking x-ray of the forearm bone and doing medical tests, the doctor concluded: "Breaking the lower head of the right ulnar body (broken in 2 places); fracture of the left humerus and the left ulnar ulnar process. (broken in 3 places)".

Seeing a severe hand injury, relatives took Dat to Military Medical Hospital C17 for further treatment.

After the whole incident, Mr. Dat shared: "Until now, I still don't understand why Mr. Nhat and his wife beat me like that. I just went to deliver the goods, talked back and forth with Mr. Nhat, but stopped at this place. exchange about collecting the return fee, no offensive words at all."

The leader of Nghia Lam commune said that Mr. Truong Dinh Nhat was a person with complicated social relationships. His act of thugs surprised the local people.

"This man is also a local authority," said the leader of Nghia Lam commune.

Meanwhile, the leader of Tu Nghia District Police said that Nhat had admitted to the act of killing shipper Dat.

"The district police are waiting for the Nghia Lam Commune Police to transfer the case file and assess the injury rate of Mr. Dat to strictly handle the case," said the leader of Tu Nghia District Police.
