Authorities investigate Quang Hai's wife on suspicion of selling fake goods and tax evasion

On the evening of April 17, the leader of the Drug Administration of Vietnam (Ministry of Health) confirmed that on April 11, the unit had transferred the complaint related to Ms. Chu Thanh Huyen to the Hanoi City Market Management Department for consideration and handling according to authority.

Accordingly, in early April, the Drug Administration received a complaint dated March 25 from a citizen about Ms. Chu Thanh Huyen selling OHUI PRIME rose water cosmetics (Korea) without a Vietnamese sub-label, without issuing a sales invoice, showing signs of consuming smuggled goods and tax evasion.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam determined that this content was not within the scope of the unit's resolution, so it transferred the entire file to local authorities for handling according to regulations.

Specifically, based on the provisions of Decree No. 31/2019 of the Government, Circular No. 05/2021 of the Government Inspectorate regulating the process of handling complaints, denunciations, petitions and reflections, the Department of Drug Administration has forwarded the above petition to the Hanoi Market Management Department, Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade for consideration and settlement in accordance with the provisions of law.

The results will be announced to the Drug Administration and citizens.
