According to information in Tuoi Tre newspaper, on the morning of March 8, after 10 days of receiving the execution decision, Nguyen Xuan Huong Trang (also known as Trang Nemo) voluntarily executed his sentence at a district police detention house in Ho Chi Minh City.

Earlier on February 27, the People's Court (TAND) of District 10, Ho Chi Minh City issued a decision to sentence Trang Nemo to 9 months in prison for disrupting public order. This meant that Page Nemo's application for a deferral of imprisonment for being pregnant was not approved.

Earlier, in September 2023, Page Nemo was sentenced to 9 months in prison for Disrupting Public Order. Trang then appealed for a suspended sentence, but was not accepted by the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City. Trang Nemo's accomplices received sentences: Pham Quyen Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Khuong 9 months in prison, Phan Hoang Nam 12 months in prison.

Due to having a residence in District 10, the People's Court of District 1 has entrusted the People's Court of District 10 to carry out execution procedures.

On Nov. 8, 2023, Page Nemo filed for a deferral of his prison sentence on the grounds that he was the only worker in the family. Before that, the reason given by Nemo Page was pregnancy. The People's Court of District 10 then had to suspend the execution decision for verification.

On January 23, 2024, the Chief Judge of the People's Court of District 10 issued a notice of reply not accepting the application of convict Trang Nemo to postpone serving his prison sentence.

On January 26, 2024, Trang Nemo filed a complaint with the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City against the notice of the Chief Judge of the People's Court of District 10 about not accepting the application for postponement of prison sentence.

On February 20, 2024, the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City issued a written reply rejecting Trang Nemo's complaint and upholding the notice of the Chief Judge of the People's Court of District 10.

On February 23, 2024, the People's Court of District 10 issued a notice on the execution of the prison sentence against Page Nemo.

By February 26, 2024, Nemo Page has received notice of the execution of the prison sentence. After 10 days of receiving the execution decision, Trang Nemo voluntarily executed her sentence this morning at a district police detention house in Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the indictment, Trang Nemo was the owner of 'Trang Nemo' shop on Nguyen Trai Street, Nguyen Cu Trinh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Due to conflicts with Ms. Tran Nguyen Tra My (a person known for her sales livestream videos) in selling online, Trang Nemo said that Ms. My used images from her websites to sell the same weight loss products but with an unexpectedly cheap dump, so this is a fake.
