At the trial, Page Nemo defended herself because she did not have a lawyer and asked for a suspended sentence due to raising young children, sick parents, and families with people who contributed to the revolution. However, the trial court rejected the appeal and granted a summary judgment.
Trang Nemo's case stems from a conflict in online sales with Ms. Tran Nguyen Tra My. The two made an appointment at Trang Nemo's store in District 1. Around 14:45 on January 16, 2022, Tra My and Ms. Pham Le Khanh and Tran Hoang Yen went to Trang Nemo's store to talk. There, My and Yen enter the store to meet Trang to apologize, while Khanh stands outside.

However, at the appeal hearing, the jury said that the charge tried by the defendants was disrupting public order, Pham Le Khanh's request was outside the scope of the case. If you do not agree with the results, you can continue to complain to the investigating agency. At the same time, the jury found that the defendants were at fault, but Ms. Pham Le Khanh at that time also had inappropriate words and behavior.
