Page Nemo's son embraces and kisses his mother goodbye before his prison day, lamenting 1 innocent sentence

Page Nemo was embraced by her son after her appeal failed, was denied a suspended sentence and still received a 9-month prison sentence. The boy said an innocent sentence that made everyone mourn.

Recently, on September 8, the appeal hearing of Page Nemo attracted the attention of netizens. At the previous preliminary hearing on June 16, TAND District 1 (TP. HCM) sentenced defendant Trang Nemo and 2 defendants Pham Quyen Quy and Nguyen Ngoc Khuong to 9 months in prison; defendant Phan Hoang Nam 1 year in prison for disrupting public order. Nemo then proceeded with an appeal seeking a suspended sentence, however, the result failed.

After returning from the trial, Page Nemo suddenly posted a clip of being embraced by her son after an unsuccessful appeal, still receiving a 9-month prison sentence.

Specifically, in the video, Page Nemo's young son innocently did not know his mother faced a 9-month prison sentence. The boy innocently held the bottle and said "I love you so much" then turned to hug the hot girl mother and uttered "I love you so much". Underneath the video, many people did not like Nemo Page but when they heard their son's "guts" words, everyone was filled with mercy.

In the case of Page Nemo, many people will judge who is right, who is wrong, and many people think that Page Nemo is guilty but does not deserve to go to prison, but remember one thing is that children are not guilty of anything. In the end, the most pitiful is still the child separated from his mother. The children themselves are not inherently guilty, they still need the mother's arms on their first steps in life. Such losses are in any case undeserved, and in the circumstances of imprisonment it is all the more heartbreaking.

Earlier, during the appeal hearing of the public disorder case on the morning of September 8, Page Nemo presented an appeal for a suspended sentence because the 9-month prison sentence was too heavy: "The defendant has young children and has created jobs for many people; the defendant's uncle was a soldier who died in the resistance, his maternal grandmother was a heroic Vietnamese mother... Standing here has been a lesson for the defendant," the defendant said.

Citing Thanh Nien newspaper, through the review process, the appellate council determined that the court of first instance had tried the right person, the right crime and the law. The appellate council also rejected the appeal of the concerned person, Ms. Pham Le Khanh, when she appealed the appeal request to consider treating Trang Nemo and her co-conspirators for additional acts of intentional injury.

After the trial ended, many were curious about how Page Nemo would begin execution.

According to Article 67 of the 2015 Penal Code amended and supplemented in 2017 stipulates the postponement of imprisonment sentences. In particular, pregnant women or nursing children under 36 months old (ie under 3 years old) are postponed until the child reaches 36 months old.

During the period of deferral of imprisonment, if a person to be postponed commits a new offense, the Court shall compel that person to serve the previous penalty and summarize the penalty of the new sentence as prescribed in Article 56 of this Code.

Compared to the case of Page Nemo, she is currently raising 1 small child, the baby was born at the end of October 2020. Therefore, by the end of October 2023, Page Nemo's son will be 3 years old. That's about two months away from the baby turning 36 months old, according to rules Nemo can postpone the execution of his prison sentence until the end of October 2023, when his son turns 36 months old.

If this is followed and no further appeals are made, with a period of 9 months in jail, Page Nemo will serve his sentence from the end of October 2023 to around the end of July 2024.

Trang Nemo was sentenced to 9 months in prison for disrupting public order, stemming from a conflict in online sales with Ms. Tran Nguyen Tra My. The two made an appointment at Trang Nemo's store in District 1. Around 14:45 on January 16, 2022, Tra My and Ms. Pham Le Khanh and Tran Hoang Yen went to Trang Nemo's store to talk. There, My and Yen enter the store to meet Trang to apologize, while Khanh stands outside.

At about 3pm on the same day, when My was apologizing, Khanh entered the store to ask the 2 girls to leave when there was an argument with Page Nemo. During the argument, the two sides got into a fight, many people at the store participated in beating Khanh.

The incident was livestreamed on social media, causing a stir, and causing insecurity and order at the road in front of Trang Nemo's store in District 1, the authorities had to come to disperse the crowd. Pham Le Khanh then sued Trang Nemo and her co-defendants in court for causing her injuries.
