Police found the lost iP 17 Pro Max after just a few hours, TikToker Maysaa was emotional

Just a few hours after bewildered and asked for help because she lost her iPhone 17 Pro Max, Laotian TikToker Maysaa was happy to announce that she had been assisted by the Ba Dinh Ward Police (Hanoi) to find her property.

On the evening of October 11, Vietnamese social networks were stirred when Laotian TikToker – Maysaa Phanthabouasy announced that he had recovered the stolen iPhone 17 Pro Max just a few hours earlier. This information quickly attracted tens of thousands of interactions and countless congratulations from the online community.

At about 10 p.m. on the same day, Maysaa posted a video thanking the police force of Ba Dinh ward (Hanoi) for helping her find her lost property in a short time. The female TikToker emotionally shared: "I don't know what to say, really the police are so excellent and wonderful. After 3-4 hours of searching, my phone has been found, everyone!"

Along with the video, she also shared a picture of receiving the iPhone back from the hands of a police officer, with a sincere thank you. After only half an hour of posting, Maysaa's post received nearly 20,000 interactions, thousands of comments expressing joy and admiration for the functional forces.

A few hours earlier, Maysaa confused the online community when she posted a series of pleas for help on her personal Facebook with nearly 1 million followers. She said that she was pickpocketed and lost her newly bought phone when attending an event at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long.

In the short video, she shared with worry: "I was pickpocketed and lost my iPhone 17 Pro Max, everyone. Now I am at the police station. If anyone sees or accidentally buys this phone, please let me redeem it."

Maysaa said that in 6 years of living and studying in Vietnam, this is the first time she has encountered a theft situation, making herself extremely confused.

Immediately after Maysaa shared the incident, the video asking for help quickly went viral, reaching 5.8 million views in just a few hours. Many viewers expressed sympathy, even offering to donate to help her buy a new phone if she couldn't find it again.

However, Maysaa's reaction made the community love it even more. Instead of receiving donations, she flatly refused and called on everyone to transfer donations to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to help people in flooded areas. She also revealed that she had donated 20 million VND earlier to share difficulties with people in the Central region.

Maysaa Phanthabouasy (born in 2001) is a Laotian international student studying for a Master of Business Administration program at the National Economics University (Hanoi). In Vietnam, she is affectionately known by the nickname "Cloud".

Possessing the ability to speak Vietnamese fluently, as well as a natural and humorous expression, Maysaa attracts more than 1.4 million followers on TikTok. She often shares videos about culture, cuisine, lifestyle and friendship between Vietnam and Laos, contributing to spreading the spirit of cohesion between the two neighboring countries.

Not only loved for her cute appearance, Maysaa also scores points for her positivity in social activities. She once attracted attention when she made a series of videos recording parade events and A50 parades in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City and A80 in Hanoi, showing her deep love for Vietnam – which she considers a "second home".

The loss of Maysaa's phone, although it caused initial confusion, ended warmly when she received the property back with the help of the police and the affection of the online community.
