Through verification, the hotel owner with the above behavior is Ms. NTKT (57 years old, director of Dream Flower Hotel Co., Ltd.). After the information spread online, on the afternoon of January 31, the interdisciplinary delegation of Da Lat City came to work with the above hotel owner and made a record of the incident with 2 administrative violations.

On February 1, Da Lat City People's Committee issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 4 million VND on Ms. T. for discriminating against tourists. In addition, the owner of this hotel was also fined 4 million dong by the authorities for failing to notify before operating the accommodation business.

Talking to Tien Phong, Mr. Le Anh Kiet, head of the Culture - Information Department of Da Lat city confirmed that the above incident happened, and then apologized to the female tourist mentioned above.

"The Department of Culture and Information had to work very hard to find a phone number to contact the female tourist mentioned above to hear the specific report of the incident, then coordinate with the relevant departments to verify and propose the City People's Committee. Da Lat handled the hotel owner. I also apologized to the female tourist on behalf of the city," Mr. Kiet informed.
