A leader of TT. Ha Lam said that Ms. N.'s two children died a long time ago. The locality also only heard information that the sister of the 2 children told her biological aunt about her mothe.r's harm to the 2 children. After that, the aunt reported the incident to the police. "There is a lot of information surrounding the incident. However, to know exactly, we have to wait for the final investigation results from the police," the leader affirmed.

At the police office, H. admitted that he was the first person to livestream and spread false information. Due to immature thinking, H. posted inaccurate content, creating a negative impact on public opinion. After being analyzed and guided by the functional forces on the legal regulations, H. was aware of the violation and voluntarily removed the violating information immediately.

According to a leader of Ha Lam town, Ms. N and her husband have four children, but her husband has long since died. Her two youngest children and stepchildren also passed away a few years ago. A local source said that Ms. N's eldest daughter told her aunt about her mothe.r's harm to them. After that, the aunt reported the incident to the police.
