Talking to Thanh Nien, lawyer Tran Minh Cuong (of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union) said that in order to create justice and social security, people with income on social networking platforms Facebook, YouTube... must list declare and fulfill tax payment responsibilities to the State according to regulations.
