It is expected that in the morning of August 8, the interdisciplinary inspection team will work with the owner of the apartment and the person hired as a housekeeper at the apartment. At the same time, representatives of the Board of Directors, The Song Apartment Management Board as well as representatives of units of the interdisciplinary delegation, the Ward People's Committee and the Thang Tam Ward Police were invited.
The interdisciplinary inspection team will check the compliance with the provisions of the law in business and service activities in Vung Tau City such as business registration, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection, food hygiene and safety, alcohol and tobacco trading, etc conditional business activities (if any).
In addition, it will check the labor contract, price declaration and listing as well as other documents related to business activities.
The interdisciplinary inspection team will also check tax reports, invoices and documents; comply with noise regulations and work according to the reflection that the owner of the household has installed a camera in the above apartment.
As reported by the Labor Newspaper, in the past few days, many accounts and groups on social networks have continuously shared articles with pictures of L.L's account, reflecting the discovery of an apartment on the 31st floor of The Wave with 2 cameras inside. According to the image taken and posted by this person, of the 2 cameras, 1 pointed directly at the toilet.
The tenant of the previous apartment contacted another salesperson, from whom he connected with Ms. K.V. to rent on August 2. When the customer discovered that there was a camera, the customer removed both cameras, and informed the original salesperson.
The landlord asked Ms. K.V. to compensate 50% of the camera fee, which was arbitrarily removed by the guest, causing damage, so Ms. K.V. communicated back and forth with the guest. "While texting, I said the word "The Wave is full", I mean that the cameras are installed in common areas, not that there are cameras inside the apartments in The Song"- Ms. K.V. shared.
Talking about the reason for installing cameras in the rental apartment, Ms. K.V. said that before that, someone had taken away valuable property, so the landlord took the initiative to install cameras for the purpose of monitoring security and preventing the loss of property.
Ms. K.V. assured that this installation was only for the purpose of protecting the property and the cameras were placed pointing at the door. "I don't understand why the camera on the top of the refrigerator is pointing directly at the toilet, because the previous images all show pointing at the door, possibly due to negligence in the cleaning process," Ms. K.V said.
However, Ms. K.V also found that the fact that there was a camera inside the apartment that the guests did not know was due to negligence on her part, which caused customers to have a bad experience. "I am very sorry to customers for this issue, and affirm that there is no bad intention like many false information on social networks. I have also worked with the police, the camera installation side to inform the case in the most objective way," said Ms. K.V.
On the same day, the account holder L.L. (a homestay tenant) had an article on social networks to clarify. Specifically, Ms. L. informed, she received an apology from the landlord as well as the manager at The Song apartment.
Ms. L. also made it clear that she did not equate all the apartments at The Song, but only the apartment she rented, so all additional information on social networks, anyone who shares it will have to be responsible for herself.
This information was then widely shared on social networks, causing netizens to "wake up". Many people are frustrated with the installation of cameras in the apartment but do not notify tenants; at the same time, I hope that the L.L. account holder will clarify, to avoid having a bad image.
