According to the school's report, the male student in the clip is T.N.M.D, class 10A4 and the teacher who appears with D. named M.Q.T (born in 2001) is a contract teacher in Literature.

The incident occurred during the break between period 2 and period 3 (about 9 o'clock) on September 27, in the classroom of class 10A4 of T.B High School (Long Bien district). The student who recorded the clip was K.T.M., in the same class 10A4.

It is known that as soon as the incident was grasped, on the evening of September 30, the school management quickly exchanged information with the Long Bien District Police, and at the same time contacted the teacher in the clip to confirm. The school board also discussed with the homeroom teacher of class 10A4 about this issue.

On the morning of October 1, the school management listened to the opinions of the students of class 10A4, worked with Ms. T. and representatives of the families of students D. and M. The school management also listened to the opinions of the homeroom teacher of class 10A4 who commented on psychological characteristics, the personality of the students in the class, including two students related to the incident.

After the meeting, the information was clarified as follows: T.N.M.D. was an acquaintance of the female teacher before. This student admitted to having excessively joked with her and was not aware that her behavior was inappropriate at the time.

But now D. is aware of the problem. The school decides to discipline in the form of degrading behavior in accordance with regulations. K.T.M was also aware that her behavior was wrong and explained that she only thought that she was filming the clip to tease her friend.

On the side of the parents of the two students involved in the incident, they are aware of their children's inappropriate behavior and fully agree with the school's handling form; committed to be closer in managing and educating children, and at the same time hoping that the school will create conditions for children to continue learning and practicing at school with peace of mind.

The family of the T.N.M.D. student is committed to being ready to coordinate with the school to solve the incident. Teacher M.Q.T. also wrote a report and a review, strictly admitting shortcomings when the incident occurred.

According to Ms. T., she reminded Ms. D. to stop her behavior at that time. However, it was not effective, Ms. T. admitted that she still lacked knowledge and skills in pedagogy, so she let the incident happen. The school has decided to temporarily suspend and assign another teacher to teach in place during the time the incident is resolved.

The school board also informed the pedagogical team about the incident so that all members of the school could know and learn from each other's experiences. Based on the nature of the incident, the school will continue to review and discipline individuals who violate according to regulations, do a good job of prevention, and do not let the same thing continue.
