The incident occurred during the break between period 2 and period 3 (about 9 o'clock) on September 27, in the classroom of class 10A4 of T.B High School (Long Bien district). The student who recorded the clip was K.T.M., in the same class 10A4.

It is known that as soon as the incident was grasped, on the evening of September 30, the school management quickly exchanged information with the Long Bien District Police, and at the same time contacted the teacher in the clip to confirm. The school board also discussed with the homeroom teacher of class 10A4 about this issue.

On the morning of October 1, the school management listened to the opinions of the students of class 10A4, worked with Ms. T. and representatives of the families of students D. and M. According to Ms. T., she reminded Ms. D. to stop her behavior at that time.
