On the evening of September 29, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang, CEO of Dai Nam Tourism Company, had a special meeting with thousands of people at the Racetrack in Dai Nam Tourist Area. On live broadcast, she announced a donation of 10 billion VND to help people affected by storms and floods.

Along with that, Ms. Phuong Hang also put her diamond ring up for sale for 1,000 billion VND. If anyone buys it, she will use all the money from the sale to support people in the recent storm and flood areas.

Specifically, with the amount of 10 billion, Ms. Hang said it will be sent directly to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to support people facing difficulties due to natural disasters.

Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang shared: "I am very happy and excited to return to my daily life and run the company's operations. Above all, I feel responsible for helping those in difficult circumstances after the storms and floods. This 10 billion VND is a contribution from the heart of me and my husband, Mr. Huynh Uy Dung, with the desire to share the pain of the people."

Not only stopping at donating 10 billion VND, CEO Nguyen Phuong Hang also made a strong impression when declaring: "If anyone is willing to spend 1,000 billion VND to buy this diamond ring, I will immediately send all that money to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Fund. I promise on my honor to dedicate all of this money to charity work."

Mr. Huynh Uy Dung, Mrs. Nguyen Phuong Hang's husband, also affirmed his absolute support for his wife. "I support my wife with all my heart because everything we do is for the poor, for our compatriots who are facing difficulties after the storm and flood," Mr. Dung said in front of a large audience.

Previously, Mr. Huynh Uy Dung donated 5 billion VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Fund to help the people of the North after storm No. 3. With the same amount of 10 billion VND this time, the total amount of money her family contributed to 15 billion VND.

Ms. Hang also called on the audience to support the charity donation program.
