Specifically, "Jiang Kim Cuc and Associates" took advantage of social networks to "Provide and share fake information, false information, misrepresent, slander, insult the reputation of agencies, organizations, honor and dignity of individuals". According to the Department of Information and Communications Inspectorate, on September 2, a resident contacted the group "Giang Kim Cuc and Associates" about the information that one person died at the hospital, but was not supported. This group went to the hospital to livestream, claiming that the victim's grandmother was the one who took the breathing tube. This news caused public outrage. Soon after, the authorities intervened and verified that the victim in the story had died before going to the hospital. The victim's grandmother was the one who signed the pledge that the victim died on the way to the emergency room.

In the past few days, the story of the grandmother taking her grandson's breathing tube in Ho Chi Minh City after being posted on the fanpage of the charity group "Giang Kim Cuc and Associates" has attracted the attention of the online community. Specifically, in the livestream, the leader of the 0-dong Burial group Giang Kim Cuc filmed an image of the coffin containing the body of the ill-fated child and said: "The child was born in 1999, also fat, so he was not pregnant. Although the truth of the story is not clear, many online users have expressed their frustration, constantly criticizing the cruel grandmother, and at the same time condemning the hospital's negligence for a new born life. However, not long after that, Giang Kim Cuc's fanpage deleted the livestream and apologized.

Not long after, a TikToker named Hanh posted a video to correct the whole story. Hanh said that on the afternoon of September 2, when she received information about the case of a baby who died at the hospital but was not supported by any unit for burial, she immediately went to the hospital and contacted Giang's group. Kim Cuc asked for support.

Witnesses said the mother gave birth to the baby on the way to the hospital, but unfortunately when she arrived, the baby had a cardiac arrest and was blue. In accordance with the procedures, must have the death certificate of the hospital, Giang Kim Cuc's party can take the baby to cremation. However, at this time, the hospital has not been able to complete the death certificate.
