At this time, on the bus there was also coach Duong Minh Ninh (born 1975); Player Paollo Madeira Oliveira (born 1996; Brazilian nationality) and doctor Dao Trong Tri (born 1992, residing in An Khe town, Gia Lai province).

The accident caused coach Duong Minh Ninh, doctor Dao Trong Tri and player Paollo Madeira Oliveira to die on the spot. Driver Nguyen Tu Sinh was seriously injured with an assessment result of 44% injuries.

From the above content, the indictment said that defendant Dinh Tien Binh's actions were dangerous to society, violated the lives of many other people protected by law, and committed the crime of "Violating regulations on Participating in road traffic" with the penalty frame "Causing death of 03 or more people" specified in Point a, Clause 3, Article 260 of the Penal Code with a penalty frame of 7-15 years in prison.
