Ngo Van Phu (21 years old, student in Hanoi) said that as soon as he heard about the parade on April 30, 2025, he saved mone.y from working part-time while studying, planning to go to Ho Chi Minh City on April 28.

"I bought a round-trip air ticket for 3.2 million VND. I booked a hotel through the app with prices ranging from 300-350 thousand VND/night in Nguyen Thai Hoc ward, District 1. Because I also planned to come to visit, have fun and watch the parade, I didn't pay much attention to the room's beautiful view or quality, as long as there was a room because the price was high this time and there were many people booking so the rooms were sold out very quickly.

Because the room I chose is in the center, near the places where holiday activities are held and the historical sites, I plan to walk mainly, both to save mone.y and to have the opportunity to see the streets. In addition, I plan to visit some neighboring provinces such as Vung Tau, Binh Thuan, etc. The estimated cost for this trip is about 10 million VND," Van Phu shared.
