March 3, 2020, Directive No. 19 dated April 24, 2020 of the Prime Minister, Decision No. 2686 dated May 31, 2021 of the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 prevention and control.

In case it is necessary to apply measures for epidemic prevention and control on a province-wide scale, which are higher than those specified in this Regulation, the chairperson of the provincial-level People's Committee shall report to the Ministry of Health. Prime minister.
