However, the Department of Culture said this case violates article 32 of the Advertising Law.

Specifically, vehicles are not allowed to display advertising products on the front, back and roof. Product images must not exceed 50% of the area allowed for advertising on each side of the vehicle. The display of symbols and logos of the vehicle owner or company on the vehicle must comply with the provisions of traffic law.

If business organizations and individuals violate the Advertising Law in Article 32, they will be subject to administrative sanctions in Clause 2, Article 43, Decree 38/2021 of the Government on administrative violations in the field of culture, advertising.

The above violation will result in a fine of between 2 and 5 million VND.
