Thanh Hoa General Hospital informed that on May 28, Mr. Duong Van Tho started working from 7:00 to 11:10 with the following contents: implementing department meetings, going to the examination room and performing 3 surgeries in the operating room of the Anesthesia and Resuscitation Department. At around 11am the same day, Dr. Tho, the clinic owner, came to do a preliminary check-up, then told the family to take Mrs. L. upstairs to perform surgery and splint the broken bone, the family agreed. Waiting until 3pm the same day, the family saw an ambulance arrive at the clinic, then about 3-4 people carrying a stretcher down, on the stretcher was Mrs. L.

At this time, when the family asked why they were carrying her, one of the four people said that Mrs. L. had an allergic reaction and was taken to the emergency room. According to her family, the female patient fell off her motorbike and broke her collarbone. She was treated at the Trauma Department of Thanh Hoa General Hospital and then discharged. Yesterday (May 28), after a follow-up visit at the hospital, Ms. L. went to Dr. Tho's private clinic for surgery when the incident occurred. Her family confirmed that her health was completely normal before the surgery.
