At 9 pm on the same day, the girl discovered that her personal Facebook account was logged in on the same computer that was sent to FPT Shop. "Immediately my friend changed his password and I called a technical friend named Nguyen The T., to ask why you arbitrarily log into your friend's Facebook, why fix the trackpad, you have to go to Facebook to rummage. information?

This friend immediately assured that he had never intended to rummage through anything in the device, but just accidentally Facebook turned on Safari and you asked to bring the device over to your house immediately so that I could delete all the data. remaining information", the customer shared.

According to the customer, an hour later, the technical staff brought the device over. At first, this friend still insisted that he only opened Safari and Facebook automatically appeared, not intentionally rummaging, but kept insisting on instructions and manipulations. delete data on the device. However, after much clear evidence, this employee admitted his behavior, including downloading sensitive information from his Facebook, Zalo and Telegram social networking accounts to his phone.

The urgent customer added that because the incident happened during the time when Hanoi was implementing social distancing, while going to the store, these two people were fined 2 million each for going out for no reason. justifiable.

"The longer I wait, the more disadvantage I have in ensuring that my data is not spread. The authorities do not accept the above reason, so I really have no other choice."

Employees proactively handled, did not record the problem to the system according to the normal complaint handling process and did not report the incident to the superior. Through work, this employee admits that due to his impulsive youth, there is an act of "stealing" customer information.
