The Investigative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security has coordinated with the Police Department for Environmental Crime Prevention, Dak Lak Provincial Police, Ho Chi Minh City Police and professional units to investigate and verify.

The investigation agency determined that the Kera SuperGreens Gummies supplement product (commonly known as Kera candy) is a product of Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company, produced by Asia life Joint Stock Company as a "counterfeit" and has been sold to the market by Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company in the period from December 12, 2024 to March 19, 2025. seriously affecting consumer rights.

In order to serve the investigation and thorough handling of the case, the Investigating Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security notified individuals and organizations that bought 135,325 boxes of Kera candy, contacted the Investigating Police Agency (Room 3- C01; address No. 47 Pham Van Dong, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi or investigator Luu Thi Thanh Hieu) for guidance on settlement in accordance with law.

Previously, on April 3, 2025, the Investigative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security (C01) issued a Decision to prosecute the criminal case "Producing counterfeit goods being food and deceivin.g buyers" specified in Articles 193 and 198 of the 2015 Penal Code, related to Asia Life Joint Stock Company and Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company and a number of units, occurred in Ho Chi Minh City and Dak Lak province.

On the same day, the Investigative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security issued a Decision to prosecute the accused, applying temporary detention measures to:

Nguyen Phong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asia Life Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Producing counterfeit goods being food", specified in Clause 4, Article 193 of the 2015 Criminal Code;

Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Muc), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Deceivin.g buyers", specified in Clause 2, Article 198 of the 2015 Criminal Code.

Le Tuan Linh, Director of Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Deceivin.g buyers", specified in Clause 2, Article 198 of the 2015 Criminal Code;

Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs) is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Deceivin.g buyers", specified in Clause 2, Article 198 of the 2015 Criminal Code;

Le Thanh Cong is a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Sister Rot Group Joint Stock Company for the crime of "Deceivin.g buyers" specified in Clause 2, Article 198 of the 2015 Criminal Code; After the Supreme People's Court approved the above-mentioned procedural decisions, the Investigative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security conducted procedural measures, complying with the provisions of law.

The incident originated from the Kera vegetable candy product that Quang Linh and Hang Du Muc advertised earlier.
