She said she realized her true gender when she was 5-6 years old, but never showed that she liked to dress up or wear makeup. Because she knew that doing so would make her friends laugh at her. However, when she grew up a bit, she still owned a few feminine items. However, she still pursued a masculine style, wearing boys' clothes, not being effeminate, so people did not recognize her.

When she became a woman, Ms. Tien freely wore beautiful clothes, wore pretty dresses, wore high heels... went to coffee shops to chat with her wife and her wife's friends. She had a whole collection of fluffy dresses, and whenever she wore them, they revealed her thin shoulders and collarbone. Even looking at those shoulders, hardly anyone could tell that she was a man before.
