The 9X boy was tricked by his best friend into being transgender, then forced to marry a man

This is a rare incident that occurred in Sanjak village (Uttar Pradesh state, India) that has caused public outrage over the past time. The victim was Mujahid (20 years old) and the mastermind was his trusted friend - Omprakash.

In the LGBT community, there are many dreams. At most, it is definitely a dream to live true to one's true gender and true self. And there are people who not only want to come out, but they also want to be transgender - a dream that is considered expensive, painful, and less healing.

However, recently, a rare case has occurred. A man who does not belong to the community but is tricked by his best friend into being transgender to force him to marry himself causes outrage.

Accordingly, Indian media reported that Mujahid, a young man living in Sanjak village in Uttar Pradesh state, accused his friend Omprakash of forcing him to be transgender.

Specifically, Mujahid said that he had been threatened and harassed by Omprakash during the past 2 years. Later, Omprakash told the victim that he had health problems and needed to go to the hospital for a check-up.

However, at the hospital, the 20-year-old man was suspected of colluding with Omprakash by a group of doctors to conduct anesthesia and then perform gender reassignment surgery without the consent of the owner.

"When I woke up, Omprakash said I had been transgendered so I had to marry him," Mujahid said.

However, partly because he was afraid of the power of the Omprakash family, partly because he respected the other party, he did not dare to resist strongly, he did not expect this heartbreaking thing to happen. More infuriatingly, after the surgery, Omprakash continued to put pressure on the Mujahid, even threatening physical impact on his family and land grabbing.

"He said, 'I turned you from a man to a woman and now you have to live with me. I have prepared a lawyer and prepared a marriage in court. Now I will shoot your father and the land you are allotted will be named after me and then I will sell it," Mujahid cried as he declared.

After the Mujahid's denunciation, a leader of a local farmers' association called on people to protest in front of the hospital. Protesters demanded that the police take legal action against Omprakash and the doctors involved. According to them, both the hospital management and those who contributed to this crime must be held accountable and punished.

"This is a serious crime, a violation of human rights. We demand justice for the Mujahid and ensure that those responsible are punished according to the law," a spokesperson for the protest group said.

According to Pal, on June 16, Mujahid's father filed a complaint with the police. Later, Omprakash was arrested. However, the victim's father called on the authorities to take more drastic action. He also demanded at least 20 million rupees in compensation for the Mujahid, who was hit hard by the incident.

Meanwhile, Ramashish Yadav, Muzaffarnagar's senior police officer, insisted that all allegations must be thoroughly investigated to find the perpetrators.

Ramashish Yadav said: 'All allegations made by the families and protesters will be thoroughly investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken against those convicted.'

Local police said they had received a complaint and were investigating. The hospital declined to comment, citing the ongoing investigation.
