Mr. Lang and his wife hired architects to design based on the architecture in the film at a construction cost of several tens of millions. Almost the entire interior of the villa is paved with red Lao wood imported from Laos with high durability. In addition to using wood, he also inlaid 24K gold in unique details in the house. According to some rumors, the villa of giant Nguyen Ngoc Lang is worth about 150 billion. The owner himself did not know the exact number, but his guess was much different than people expected.

In the leafy house, there is only an old set of tables and chairs, a simple bed, a bicycle that Mr. Lang used to take his wife on a date, a motorbike he used in his early years to earn a living everywhere and some not too valuable possessions left by his parents. For him, this leafy house contains many memories and has important spiritual value.

Whenever he had time, he would come here to feed the fish, lie in a hammock watching the fish, and sleep in the house all the time. He felt that when he was near the simple leafy house, he felt comfortable and peaceful as if he had returned to the past days.

It is known that Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Lang only studied until grade 4 and then dropped out of school. Since childhood, he followed his mother to work in the field.
