After more than 4 hours of trial, the court assessed that Ngoc Trinh committed the first crime, sincerely confessed, repented, the case has not left serious consequences, so the model was sentenced to one year suspended prison and two years probation. Mr. Tran Xuan Dong on two counts of Disrupting Public Order and Using False Documents of Organizing Agencies was sentenced to one year and 6 months in prison.
