According to information from Thanh Nien newspaper, this lucky character is named Le Thi Kim Thanh (39 years old).

Ms. Kim Thanh is the owner of a lottery ticket wholesaler and 17 lottery ticket retail stores in Hoa Thanh town and Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province.

On February 28, Ms. Thanh's extended family celebrated the pagoda in Binh Thuan. Everyone had just walked to the door when Thanh received a phone call from the retail store. The staff informed her that there were 6 whole lottery tickets (140 sheets each) leftover.

Thanh's husband is Tran Minh Ung Huy (51 years old), whose parents run lottery ticket agents. Since childhood, Mr. Huy has been exposed to the family business. Up to now, he has more than 30 years in the lottery ticket business.

After getting married, Thanh and her husband set up their own business. She repeatedly directly exchanged prize money for customers who won jackpot tickets.
