Accordingly, the identities of the three casualties were identified as Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Nh. (93 years old), the owner of the burned house and his two children, Mr. Tran Ngoc C. (52 years old), Mrs. Tran Ngoc Anh Th. (58 years old).
