The couple spent 400 million VND for the wedding, only for guests to pick up animals and play with electric cars?

The wedding of a couple has just attracted the attention of the people when it is held in a unique place, instead of a restaurant like other brides. Guests also had an unprecedented experience at any wedding.

Accordingly, on November 22, Chua Yuhan (31 years old) and Nicole Chai (29 years old) chose the "non-contact" wedding venue as an entertainment area! In an interview with AsiaOne, the couple said they were together for 5 years before getting married.

Regarding the reason for the decision to close the venue for the wine party, Chua Yuhan and Nicole Chai shared that the Timezone amusement park, located in Jurong Point shopping center (in Singapore) is an indispensable part of their daily lives.

The first time Chua and Nicole went to the amusement park was in 2019, after dinner at Jurong Point mall. The couple stumbled upon it and since then, it has become a familiar dating spot. No matter how busy they are at work, every two weeks, they have to come to play "get the nu" to come back.

The favorite games, Chua and Nicole play the most are basketball, Pearl Fishery, Connect 5 but also don't forget to experience new games. "Every game area has different games, so we always go around to see what's good before deciding to play," Nicole shared.

Chua and Nicole had a very memorable memory here. It was a jackpot hit on a game console, in an extremely rare way. "The machine keeps printing tickets until there is no more paper to print. Even when the staff loaded more paper, the machine continued to print more tickets. We had to take a basket to store all those tickets," the girl recounted.

Before deciding on Timezone, the couple considered a more traditional location to hold their wedding, like a hotel or restaurant. Even a McDonald's store has been on the children's radar. However, both men and women want the wedding to take place at the "top of the roof, the ceiling drama".

"I chose Timezone because guests can chat and have a good time," Chua said. When telling the family about choosing an amusement park to hold a wedding, many relatives were extremely surprised. Others were shocked. However, skepticism quickly turned into excitement. Everyone was also very excited to help the couple prepare for the big day.

It is known that Chua and Nicole spent about 20,000 SGD (nearly 380 million VND) to pay for the venue rental fee (for 4 hours) and 3,000 SGD (about 57 million VND) for food service. The wedding ceremony took place in the Drift Zone area, after which the couple played tram together, simulating the ritual of "the first trip after becoming husband and wife".

In particular, because Chua and Nicole love the game of picking animals, the amusement park has arranged photos of the two in the camera, creating a unique highlight for the big day. Because it was held at a venue that was not specialized for events and weddings, the couple had to prepare everything from scratch by themselves.

"Unlike hotels that have full services from dresses to wedding flowers, in this amusement park, we have to do everything ourselves," Nicole shared. Attending the wedding, guests can not only eat and drink but also participate in all games in the Timezone. It's free, of course!

Fortunately, everything went smoothly. As mentioned, the amusement park was not actually designed for weddings or formal events, so Chua and Nicole threw a more private party the next day, for older guests.

Jasmin O'Hara, Chief Operating Officer of Timezone Singapore, said the team was honored to be a part of Chua and Nicole's love story. "We are proud and happy to be part of this milestone," Jasmin shared.

Although there are couples who have taken wedding photos at Timezone, this is the first time a wedding ceremony has been held at the Singapore branch. According to Jasmin, this amusement park has attracted the attention of many young people, with more than 30 wedding ceremonies held globally, but mainly at branches in Australia.
