Defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang took advantage of his influence, used the functions of social networks on the Internet, held many live broadcasts of unverified information related to other people's private lives, which uses words that are offensive to honor and dignity.

During the investigation, defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang admitted that the information he had said about the above individuals was because he read on the Internet and dreamed, had not been verified and had no basis.

As for the accused Dang Anh Quan, the authorities determined that Mr. Quan had directly participated in many livestreams with Nguyen Phuong Hang. During these livestreams, Dang Anh Quan spoke, commented, and interacted with Nguyen Phuong Hang about content that seriously offended the honor, reputation and dignity of many individuals.
