Famous singer Che Linh said that recently, there have been informal disputes over the songs he composed. In particular, when singing a song composed by myself and posting it on my YouTube channel, I was complained of copyright by a third party. This unit said that they already owned the songs of musician Vinh Su, including Tu Nhi's song "Sad part of the rainy night". Therefore, he wanted to revoke the above song to avoid all unnecessary troubles.

"Since musician Vinh Su is no longer there, as the owner of this song, I would like to officially revoke the above song from today, to avoid all unnecessary troubles," singer Che Linh shared.

The male singer also added: "I have enough original documents to prove that this song was written by me alone, without Vinh Su in it. However, I don't want to make more noise because Vinh Su has also left. Vinh Su is a musician I love very much. I still remember the image of Vinh Su when he was in trouble. At that time, I gave this song to Vinh Su to be printed and sold and to be kept in Saigon music stalls in the past.

Singer Che Linh only has the moral right (such as the right to be named/pseudonym) for the song.
