In the application, Mr. Hien also asked the procedural agency to take measures to force Ms. Hang to stop spreading offensive content against him and other agencies, organizations and individuals. According to Mr. Hien, Ms. Hang said that Mr. Hien's statement on VOV electronic newspaper was an attack, ascribed and forced her to go to prison.

Since then, in social media livestreams with tens of thousands of followers, Hang has insulted, fabricated, slandered, insulted the honor and dignity of himself and his wife. This directly affects the legitimate rights and interests of him and his family, leading to many particularly serious consequences.

On March 8, 2022, the lawyer protecting the legitimate rights and interests of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien had a proposal to send to the Public Security Bureau of Binh Duong Province and the People's Procuracy of Binh Duong Province on the settlement of denunciations and reports about crimes related to Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang. According to the application, on October 26, 2021, Mr. Hien sent a denunciation and on November 17, 2021 he continued to make a request to prosecute Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang.

After the application period, Mr. Hien was invited by the Investigation Police Department of Binh Duong Province to work twice to handle the above denunciation. During a working session with the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Duong Province, Mr. Hien presented the contents related to the denunciation, and emphasized the request to prosecute for the law violation of Mr. Mrs. Hang.

However, up to now, it has been more than 4 months since this agency received denunciations, crime reports, and petitions for prosecution, but Mr. Hien personally has not received any legal documents about the results. According to the lawyers, the delay of these agencies in handling denunciations, crime reports, and petitions for prosecution in accordance with regulations has made Ms. Hang mistakenly believe that she has not committed a crime. Ms. Hang publicly threatened and challenged to go to Mr. Hien's house to "trial".
