According to Tien Phong, the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Kan City Police has just officially announced the decision not to prosecute a criminal case related to the dispute over the license plate number of the fifth quarter 9 - 97B1-999.99. This is an incident that has attracted attention in public opinion over the past time, especially after Huan "Rose's" social network account posted a nearly 8-minute clip on this issue, creating a wave of debate online.

However, the police also said that posting inaccurate information on social networks, causing public confusion, showed signs of violating the law. The authorities are currently conducting verification and clarification to strictly handle relevant individuals according to regulations.

While Huan Hoa Hong is enthusiastically advertising her 2 books, the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution (Ministry of Information and Communications) has reviewed and found that there are no books named "Online Business Tips" and "The First Catalogue" in the list of publication registration. There are also no 2 books with such names in the list of depository books. In addition, in the system of licensed publishers, there is no publisher with the name "SG" as printed on the cover of Huan's book.
