The fact that Phu Le dressed like a king, chatting and distributing gifts to children in the highlands caused public controversy, saying that this was an offensive, grotesque and ridiculous act. According to cultural experts, if Phu Le wore Vietnamese national costumes, it would not lead to such offense in a children's program.

Phu Le's actions have also been called into question whether he received an invitation from the school to perform or encroach on the school or education space.

According to information in Today's newspaper, a representative of Tram Tuo Education Department said that regarding the incident of the person claiming to be "singer" Phu Le wearing objectionable costumes performing music at Village Nhi Primary and Secondary School (Lang Nhi commune) recently, the District Education Department has received information and asked the school to report the content of the incident.

The representative of Tram Tau District Education Department also affirmed that Phu Le and some others present at the children's Mid-Autumn Festival program because they did their own research and contacted the school through a local travel company, the original purpose was to visit and give Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to children in highland areas.

In the plan to organize Mid-Autumn Festival for children at this school, there is no performance, Phu Le dressed in offensive costumes to perform and give gifts. This musical performance with objectionable costumes was also performed by Mr. Phu Le on his own, not as part of the content registered with the school before.

Phu Le's real name is Le Van Phu, born in 1980, originally from Yen Bai. He is known for his rather brash appearance, bald head, body covered with tattoos, regularly livestreamed on social networks and Youtube. Phu Le is also in the top famous on social networks such as Quite "dashing", Phuc XO or Huan Hoa Hong.

In which the musical film "Life is just that", after only a short time the MV has attracted 68 million views, the song "Life is that" is often opened by many cafes, there is a classic phrase that many 9X, 10X belong to: "Suffering before happiness after the world is rich".

Phu Le also starred in the movie "Meet the Gypsy" released on Youtube channel in January 2019, in which Phu Le appeared with Duong Nhue.

Phu Le often shares about wealth, boasts, talks morally about brotherhood, gypsy ... Along with that is business.

In particular, Phu Le is always crazy and revered by "players" like idols with quite close relationships, or friendly relations with "network gypsies".

Phu Le was repeatedly reported by the media and the authorities for showing signs of wrongdoing in business and speaking on social networks.

Previously, Phu Le had 2 previous convictions and served 8 years in prison. Specifically, in 1997, Phu Le was sentenced to 6 years in prison by the TAND of Yen Bai province for illegally buying and selling banned substances.

After being released from prison, wandering many places, in 2000, Phu Le continued to be sentenced to 2 years in prison by Yen Bai province for disrupting public order.
